No, we do not allow our trailers to be taken outside of the UK
If the trailer is damaged we will deduct the cost of any parts from your deposit, if the damage is more than the deposit we expect the cost of any parts and the labour to be covered up to the agreed value of the trailer if its damaged beyond repair. If the trailer is stolen it is your responsibility to immediately contact the police and us to let us know what has happened. It is your responsibility to ensure the trailer is safe and take out necessary insurance to cover the trailer while its in your possession, you will be liable for the agreed value of the trailer.
Legally you need to make sure your towing vehicle is capable of towing the combined weight of the trailer and load you intend to carry. All cars will have a VIN plate, which will tell you the vehicles gross train weight. You will need to ensure your car has a 50mm tow ball fitted securely, we would always recommend its fitted (if it’s a detachable tow bar) before you arrive to avoid any issues where its not been fitted for years. We would also recommend that your tow bar electrics are tested before you arrive.
Yes, all trailers are checked before and after each hire and have regular service intervals to ensure they are safe and reliable for customers. We periodically replace our trailers to keep our fleet young.
Yes, We give a detailed handover on how to use each trailer safely. You will receive a toolbox with the trailer that includes basic wheel changing tools, PPE, and operating instructions. We also have short videos on our website for how to use the trailers.

No, We regret that we do not send any orders overseas.
As standard we use Royal Mail Tracked 48, there are the options at checkout to upgrade to either DX overnight courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day.
